Coconut Coast Villas - Contant (Saint John)

Room had a fantastic covered porch view.

I didn't want to say goodbye, so do recommend this hotel. The property was an enjoyable base for enjoying a residential area, close to the ocean, center of Cruz Bay, and the whole island. All of the staff members were friendly and nice. My room included climate control and a flat-screen TV. It was great to have a handy kitchenette.

Wow! The ocean view from our porch was unreal, and the Weber grill was perfect for late-night steaks. We loved how close we were to the downtown vibes.

The sound of waves and tropical breeze created an invigorating atmosphere. We appreciated the ease of access to local markets and the complimentary laundry facilities- a lifesaver for our family trip.

Lovely covered porch with an amazing view of the beach. Walk into town was easy. Only downside was the rocky path by the shore, not ideal for swimming.

The beach was lovely, and we enjoyed our time exploring the local area. A few minutes away, Frank Bay offered a beautiful nature trail, perfect for family walks. The room was well-equipped, letting us prepare meals when we weren't out dining in town.

My kids wished there were more kitchen essentials provided.

Staying at coconut coast villas was a dream! The sound of the waves and cool breeze made everything so relaxing. We loved the beautiful view from our covered porch. The kitchen was great, and we enjoyed breakfast and grilling steaks. The king bed was super comfy, and it was nice being able to walk to town each day.

The studio with ocean view had air conditioning and a private bathroom. The kitchenette was super handy for making breakfast. A tv kept us entertained. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and the sun loungers were perfect after beach days. The balcony offered amazing views of the bay and boats passing by.

The room had an excellent covered porch with panoramic views of the beach, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing escape after long days of exploring. The sun loungers were just what we needed for post-beach relaxation.

The rocky path along the shore made swimming quite a challenge. It's not ideal for those looking to dive right into the water. The kitchen lacked some basic items like salt and pepper or plastic storage containers, made meal prep a bit cumbersome. Accessing that little grocery store nearby ended up being pricier than expected, which may strain your budget.

Breezy, Beautiful, Blissful

The view from the covered porch was fine, with the waves dancing just 50 feet away! Cooking breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen was a good way to start our days.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Coconut Coast Villas. My room was a nice size with a view of the ocean. the location was peaceful in a residential neighborhood. I appreciated the convenience of dining at Long John Silver's, just a short distance away.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, the staff was extremely attentive, and the setting was wonderfully peaceful.
